She was predeceased by: her mother Burnett Smith; and her brother Robert Smith of North Carolina. She is survived by: her husband Donald C. Noel; her sister Freedith Earnhardt; her children, Tracey Randall of North Carolina, Linda Church (John) of Greer, Christal Noel-Cook (Rick Cook) of Florida and Christopher Colucci (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Bella of Skowhegan and Anthony of Skowhegan; her daughter Velvet Noel of Waterville; her grandchild Ashley Noel; her great grandchildren, De'Andre of Waterville and Amaya of Waterville; and her caregivers, June and Cheryl of Waterville.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Veteran's Chapel (143 Blue Star Ave, Augusta, ME 04330).
