He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Anne Bouchard (Roderick); his sisters, Kimberly Pottle and Johna Jason; and his daughter Brianna Bouchard. He is survived by: his father Roland Bouchard of Waterville; his daughter Brittany Bouchard (Bradley Richardson); his grandson Rhett Richardson of Winslow; his son Tyler Bouchard (Alyssa); his grandparent Sidney; and his siblings, Michele Sucy of Waterville and Shane Bouchard (Amy) of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins; and beloved family and friends.

Donations can be made in his name to the Cal Ripken Baseball program through the Alfond Youth Center.
