He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Cosgrove and Marjorie Adams Cosgrove; his sister-in-law Judy Fitzpatrick Weston; and his niece Betsy Robertson. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Fitzpatrick Cosgrove; his daughters, Laura Cosgrove and Beth Cosgrove; his grandchildren, Margaret "Maggie" Brock and Herbert "Jay" Brock V. Beth; his children, Sally Dromgoole and Samuel Dromgoole; his grandchildren, Maggie and Jay; his sisters, Jane Cosgrove-Dirkman (Jack Dirkman) of Waterville and Barbara Cosgrove-Schwartz (James Schwartz) of Barrington; his nieces and nephews, John Robertson, Matthew McDonough, Julie Robertson and Megan McDonough; and his friend David. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
