With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Fay of Waterville, Maine, who passed away on December 14, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Harding and Madeleine Harding; her daughter Kim Fay (Oakes); her granddaughter Christyna Cookson; and her siblings, Patricia Clark, Richard Harding, Charlotte Harding and George Harding.

She is survived by : her children, Margaret Chu (Walter), Tina Plourde (Eugene Plourde), Mary Ann Gott (Stephen Gott), Rebecca Bean (Rico Rizado) and Michael Thibodeau.
