It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laya Joseph of Waterville, Maine, born in Lebanon, Maine, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Wadeah Joseph. She is survived by : her daughter Nada Joseph of Waterville; her siblings, Yvonne Farhat of Lebanon, Salim Nasr and Nassim Nasr (Joyce) of Waterville; her niece Rita Karter (John) of Waterville; and her great-nephews, Elias and Evan Karter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to St. Joseph's Maronite Catholic Church.
