He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Beatrice Kierstead (Kelley) and William Fowlie Kierstead. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Wilder Logan of Waterville; his son Ian; his stepdaughters, Jessamine Pottle and Eleanor Dinares Cardenal; his sons-in-law, Jonathan Pottle and Carlos Dinares Cardenal; his grandchildren, Matilda, Renfrew Pottle, Guillermo, Alejandro, Casilda Dinares Cardenal and Jordan Dykema; his cousins, Stephanie Kierstead, True Kelley, Mark Kelley, Donald Saccone and Adelaide Whitaker; his brothers, Robert (Jennifer Wilder), Edward (Annette Wilder) and Thomas (Anne Wilder); and his friends, Richie Tory of Canaan, John Koons of Sidney and Gail Sunderland of Andover, MA..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (60 Eustis Pkwy, Waterville, ME 04901).
Donations in his memory may be made to MaineGeneral's Alzheimer's Care Center, 154 Dresden Avenue, Gardiner, Maine 04345, directed to its Activities Department for residents.
