Philip leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Philip’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Philip will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip Foskett Harris and Maxine Elliot Farrar; his wife Faith Maude Merriam; his aunt Madaline C. Morton; his son Daniel Philip Harris of Waterville; his nieces, Melissa Hoppes of North Carolina, Elizabeth Gilman of Vermont and Laura Fricke of Bothell, Washington; and his cousins, Rhoda Gamage of Union and Deborah Milte of Freeport.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the German Protestant Cemetery (235 Bremen Rd, Waldoboro, ME 04572).
