We announce the death of Adam Merrill of Wayne, Maine, who passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 49. Adam will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Adam’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his mother Janice B. Merrill (Bartlett). He is survived by: his father James A. Merrill of Hallowell; his siblings, Rachel Merrill Jellison (Greg) of Wayne and Jonathan Merrill (Nicole) of Jay; his niece Sarah Hiott (Jacob) of Manchester; and his great-niece Arianna Hiott. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the Ladd Recreation Center (26 Gott Rd, Wayne, ME 04284).
