He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Charles and Muriel Plummer (Clark); his children, Stephen R. Plummer (Lisa) of Augusta, Karen J. Mason (Mark) of South China, Jeffrey S. Plummer (Angela) of Palermo and Joshua E. Plummer (Jessica) of Portsmouth, Virginia.; his sisters, Martha Gurney of Vermont and Linda Howe of China; and his close friend Barbara Mayberry of Weeks Mills. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
