He was predeceased by: his parents, Verne Withrow and Isabel Thoma Withrow; and his sister-in-law Susan. He is survived by: his wife Ursula Fischer Withrow; his children, Karen Capone (Anthony), Lisa Withrow Atkins and Jeff Withrow (Marisa); his grandchildren, Matt, Sam, Johanna, Allison, Amelia, Walter and Maggie; his siblings, Tom Withrow and Jean Withrow (Jim Haggerty); and his nephews, Dan and Tim.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Weld Town Hall (23 School St, Weld, ME 04285).
