She was predeceased by: her parents, Romeo Monforton and Lillian Monforton (Ryan); her husband Joseph A. Grady M. D; her daughter Catherine Grady; her siblings, Orval, Roy, Jim, Loyd, Nelson, Leo Monforton and Leona Langlois; and her stepdaughter Lisa Grady.

She is survived by: her sisters, Cecelia Monforton and Marguerite Reeb; her children, Monica Rodgers (Austin White), Joseph Grady (Laura) and Nicole Grady; and her stepchildren, James L. Grady and Mara Grady.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Mary Jane may be made to Holy Spirit Parish's Sister Parish in Jamaica.
