It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Paul Benoit of Wells, Maine, born in Clinton, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Roger has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Benoit and Tiola Benoit (Savoy). He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Saloio of Denver and Suzanne of Wells; his friends, Marcie and Trish; and his furry grandson Blitz.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bibber Memorial Chapel - Kennebunk (67 Summer St, Kennebunk, ME 04043). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (36 Eldridge Rd, Wells, ME 04090).
Instead of flowers, the family wishes that a donation be made to the Animal Welfare Society, P.O. 43, West Kennebunk, ME 04094.
