She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Hallczuk and Thelma Hallczuk (Broad); and her siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Minihan, Sharron Tarbox and Michael Hallczuk Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Diane Smith, Lynn Tilson, Frank Hallczuk and Ryan Hallczuk; and her close friend Jim Diggles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
