He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Barry and Ellen Barry; and his siblings, Daniel L. Barry Jr., Marie Yeager and Kevin J. Barry.

He is survived by: his children, Heather Borghesi, Jessica Reed (Josh) and Kevin Barry (Danielle); his grandchildren, Brock, Bailee, Owen and Luke; his close friend Pauline Quint; his brother Michael Barry (Anne); and his brother-in-law Mark Yeager. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and in honor of his brothers, Danny and Kevin, who battled Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, donations in Bill's name may be made to the Cotting School, 453 Concord Ave, Lexington, MA 02421.
