He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles Ellis and Winifred Nixon Ellis. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Nixon (Nick), Thomas Harper (Tom) of Wilmington, DE, Edith Patricia (Pat) of Kennebunkport, ME and Nick of Southern Pines, N. C.; his wife Sallie; and his son Ryan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
