Nancy Cleaves Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Cleaves of West Gardiner, Maine, born in Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Morse and Esther Morse (Gates); her brothers, George and Richard Morse; and her siblings-in-law, Ezra Cleaves, Mary Cleaves, Elizabeth Scatterday, David Scatterday and Charles Cleaves.

She is survived by: her husband James Cleaves; her daughters, Debra DeGrenier (Daniel) of Beverly, MA, Julie Ford (Malcolm) of Milton, NH and Joanne Niehoff of Port Washington, WI; her grandchildren, Alexandra Costin (Patrick) of Lebanon, ME, Cassandra Ford of Somersworth, NH, Bailey DeGrenier, Shelby DeGrenier of Beverly, MA, Dylan Niehoff, Cameron Niehoff and Brody Niehoff of Port Washington, WI; her great grandchild Kaden Costin of Lebanon, ME; and her sister-in-law Ellen Raffa (Mike) of Warren, RI. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
