She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Weeks and Chrystal Weeks (Collier); her husband Herschel Smith; her son Gregory Smith; her brother Dwinal Weeks; her son-in-law Glenn Jackson; and her nephew Chris Weeks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Coffey (Bill) of O'Fallon, Missouri, Cynthia Hemmingsen (Ed) of Brewer, Julie Smith-Hooker (Gail) of Monticello, Carol Yaeger (Andy) of Westfield, Jennifer Albertson (Charlie) of Bridgewater and Chrystal Albertson (Chuck) of Westfield; her daughter-in-law Stephanie "Taffy" Smith of Florida; and her caregiver Vanessa Connolly. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
