He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Avard, Ellen Holt, Russell and Caroline Shaw; his uncles, Timothy Holt and Skip (Hazen Shaw Jr.); his close friends, Paul Gordon and Nicholas Stanley; and his grandson Elijah Thomas.
He is survived by: his parents, Deborah N. Holt and Thomas A. Holt; his children, Nathan Holt (Abby Holt), Makinlee Holt (Nathanael Holland) and Shaylin Holt; his siblings, Trevor Holt (Mandy) and Kimberly Holt; his grandchildren, Hudson and Claire Holt; his nieces, Emma, Ryah, Jayden (Anna) and Amari; Makinlee (Shaylin) and Amanda Bubier. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Titcomb Mountain Base Lodge 180 (180 Ski Slope Rd, Farmington, ME 04938).
