He is survived by: his wife Shirley A Tilton; his children, Gene Thompson of Zambales and Audrey Guptill (George) of Wilton; his siblings, Brenda Eggert and Jack Thompson; his grandchildren, Melissa Brenner (Trevor), Andrea Taylor (Justin), Sam Thompson (Katie) and Hannah Wallace (Patrick); his great grandchildren, Charlie, Emma, Oliver, Dylan, Dakota, Dominic, Megan and Madison; and his close friend Arthur Landry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
