She was predeceased by: her husband Buddy Rainey; and her siblings, Gloria and Mark. She is survived by: her significant other Bob Adams; her children, Shelley (Stephen Finley) of Melrose, MA, Alison Welch (Mike Rackliffe) of Wilton, ME and Daren (Tammy Rainey) of Wells, ME.; her grandchildren, Jack (Katie Finley), Thomas Finley (Mikayla Gilcreast), Jessica (Devin Graves), Danielle Rainey, Cordell and Aidan Welch; and her great grandchildren, Wilder Graves and Kayleigh Finley. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
Arrangements are being made for a Celebration of Life.**In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to honor Sharon by sharing a laugh, taking the scenic route, or paddling out into the quiet beauty of a Maine lake — just as she would have loved. To honor Sharon and Buddy Rainey, donations may be made to the annual Wilton Blueberry Festival in their memory.
