He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Paul Kelley and Katherine McGrath Kelley. He is survived by: his siblings, Matthew Kelley of Emden, ME, Peter Kelley of Connecticut and Mary Jo Moore (Steven) of Harpswell; and his friend Portland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
