It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Louise Ruby (Windham, Maine), born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on June 10, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin R. Low and Virginia Low (Bradford). She is survived by: her husband L. H. "Joe" Ruby; and her brother Tom Low (Carol) of North Yarmouth.
