He was predeceased by: his parents, John Masters and Kate Fraley; and his brother Johnny. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Masters (Brown); his daughter Brenda Tubbs (Scott); his grandson Joshua Tubbs (Bethany Manzo); his great grandchild Nova; and his sisters, Jeanette Carr of Rangeley, Linda Cohen of South Portland and Dorothy Belcher of Wise, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
