He is survived by : his wife Anne Hall (Bridges); his children, David (Jean) of Buxton, Thomas of Raymond and Patricia Kohler (David) of Raymond; his grandchildren, Amy, Brett, Anne and Jay; and his great grandchildren, Kevin, Ivy, Oliver and Evelyn.
