He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustavo Sr. Perez and Jessie Perez. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Perez (Eye); and his children, Paulette Bryant (Richard), Linda, Inez (John), Robin Forbes (Peter), Patty Hulit (Jimmy) and Gus (Audrie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
