He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Berry (Secord) and Lewis Berry; his wife Anne Elder; and his brother-in-law Warren of King's Trio. He is survived by: his brother Bruce; his sister-in-law Cindy Elder; and his sibling's children, Andrea Elder-Bruns (Ben Bruns), Darren Elder and Douglas Elder.
