It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Dianne Gordon (Windham, Maine), who passed away on July 24, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon F. Akeley and Irene F. Akeley; her brother Leon "Sonny" Akeley; and her husband Norman Gordon. She is survived by: her children, Laura Barbaro (John) of Naples, FL, James Gordon (Angela) of Randolph, ME and Elizabeth Heinzman (Jack) of Gorham, ME.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Gordon, John Barbaro (Lauren) and Samantha Heinzman; and her great grandchildren, Tanner Fancy, Caleb Millard and Gabriella Barbaro.
