He is survived by: his parents, Cecil "Chuck" Mowatt and Janet West-Mowatt; his cousins, Lindsey and Todd; his sons, Michael Mowatt, Jr. (Katelynn), Morgan Mowatt and Max Mowatt; his grandchildren, Emma, Jordyn and Lukis; his brother Matthew of Paris, France; his aunts and uncles, Lenny (Norma West), Janice (Jim Schmidt), Jeff (Lexi West), Gary Clark, Bobby (Charlotte Clark), Vicki (Bruce Farr), David (Sherry Mowatt), Kevin (Pam Mowatt) and Richard West; and his cousin Jason West.
