She was predeceased by: her parents, Condy Lizotte and Jeanette Lizotte of Fort Kent, Maine.; her husband Raymond Steichen; and her sons, Bruce Steichen and Michael Steichen.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Swimm (Joel Swimm) of Fayette; her granddaughter Olivia Swimm Garfield (Nick); her great grandchild Mabel of Richmond; her children, Alex Steichen-Smith and Helena Steichen-Smith of Standish; her siblings, Rena Perez (Juan Perez) of Dayton, Ohio, Don Lizotte (Sandy Lizotte) of Panama City, Florida and Elaine Gagnon (Bruce Gagnon) of Fairfield; Anna Swimm of Halifax.
