He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Mihill and Avis McClure; and his son Joseph Mihill. He is survived by: his wife Paula of Windham; his children, Terry Wakefield of Kennebunk and Hannah Willette of Stonington; his grandchildren, William Wakefield, Daya and Matthew Willette; his siblings, Barbara Ames of Verona Island and Donald McClure of Westbrook; and his friend Amy Mihill.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St.Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral home and Cremation Saco are entrusted with his arrangements.
