We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2024, at the age of 65, Therese Marie Bernier Burns of Windham, Maine, born in Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, L. Philip Bernier and Patricia Ann Bernier (White); her daughter Mallory; and her stepsister Lissa. She is survived by : her children, Joseph D. Mitchell III, Jenna Dana (Mitchell) and Logan Burns; her grandchildren, Amuwes, Muwin and Mallory; her siblings, LoriAnne Grassi (Chris), Katherine Gagnon (Steve), Rodney Bernier (Sherene), Debra Martin (Kevin), James Bernier (Lisa) and Daniel Bernier; her stepmother Susan Penna Bernier; her stepsiblings, Beth, Steven, Michael and Billy; her former life partner Greg Burns; and her godchildren, Magen, Jonathan, Djaylan and Jordan. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and a large circle of close friends.
