He was predeceased by : his father Tom Chabot. He is survived by : his wife Carissa Parent; his mother Anne Chabot; his siblings, Felicia Blye, Susan Bradstreet (Ken) and Michael Chabot (Katie); and his nephews, Lindsey (Erin), Will, Jon, Zachery and Jacob.

In Tom's memory, donations may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, a cause close to his heart.
