We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2024, at the age of 83, David T. Choate of Windsor, Maine passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David T. Choate to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Choate and Mavis Choate (Turner). He is survived by : his former life partner Diana Choate; and his children, Mary Dee Grant of New Harbor, Joanne Choate of New Harbor, Chris Choate (Randi) of Rockland, Michael Choate (Jennifer) of Liberty and Matthew Choate of Coopers Mills, ME. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
