He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashby Moody and Madeline Moody (Flagg); his grandson Jason Jewett; and his siblings, Mary Alice Haskell and Atwood Moody.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Moody; his children, Pam Jewett (Jeff) and James Moody Jr. (Amy); his grandchildren, Lindsey Jones (Ryan), Isabella Prescott (Peter) and Preston Moody; his great grandchildren, Jason, Ashlyn and Eleanor; and his brother Herbert Moody (Teresa).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Plummer Funeral Home (983 Ridge Rd, Windsor, ME 04363).
