He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jean E. Proctor (Reed) and Mayland L Proctor Sr.; his wife Debora Proctor; his children, Steven Proctor Jr. (Chelsey) and Shannon Proctor; his grandchildren, Desirae Proctor, Dylan Proctor, Khloe Price, Levi Proctor, Aiden Price and Tanner Proctor; and his siblings, Lynne Berry (Jack), Mayland Proctor (Kelly), Donna Smith (Mark), Shari Lachance (Rick), Caryn Weaver (Roy) and Craig Proctor. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Plummer Funeral Home - Windsor (983 Ridge Rd, Windsor, ME 04363). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
