Proctor (Reed) and Mayland L Proctor Sr.; his wife Debora Proctor; his children, Steven Proctor Jr. (Chelsey) and Shannon Proctor; his grandchildren, Desirae Proctor, Dylan Proctor, Khloe Price, Levi Proctor, Aiden Price and Tanner Proctor; and his siblings, Lynne Berry (Jack), Mayland Proctor (Kelly), Donna Smith (Mark), Shari Lachance (Rick), Caryn Weaver (Roy) and Craig Proctor. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
