He was predeceased by: his pet Titan. He is survived by: his pet Monte; his fiancée Missy Palmer; his stepdaughter Jessica; his children, Crystal Poulin (Chuck Norris) and Brandon Cook; his brother Barry Cook (Wanda); and his grandchildren, Tyler Poulin, Haley Poulin, Samantha Norris and Loki Cook.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the East Winthrop Baptist Church (55 Old Village Rd, Winthrop, ME 04364).
