He was predeceased by: his father John Chartier Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Elton (Jackson); his wife Ginger Chartier (Simmons); his sons, David J. II (Mary Ellen) and Nathan P. (Monica); his siblings, Tom (Danielle), John (Lori) and Shirl Levin (Max); and his grandchildren, Rosalie, Harrison and Lincoln (Monica) of Nathan.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Overlook Farm of Maine (568 Gardiner Rd, Wiscasset, ME 04578).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bath Regional Career and Technical Center.
