“My sincere condolences to my dear friend's family. I worked with Bruce in the shipyard while serving as a SURGEMAIN Navy sailor however, I retired from the service and kept in contact with Bruce through texting and couple phone calls,. My favorite memory is the time we spent together outside the shipyard on fishing trips; I would always seem to out fish him. Bruce was a kind and generous soul and I will always remember our times. Rest in Peace my friend! You are missed. David P Cobb”
