He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Corrigan and Hilda Corrigan (Heeney); his brothers, Skip and Doug Thornhill; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Schumacher and David Secrest.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Lindsay Thornhill of Kittery and Michael Thornhill (Alexandra Perwin); his grandchildren, James and Daphne of Seattle, Washington.; his sisters, Kathy Corrigan (Sue) of Akron and Karen Coulters (Michael) of Weare, N. H.; and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Peg Secrest of Springhill, Fla. and Donna Secrest of Woodsfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
