He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence F. Witham and Muriel E. Witham (Waugh); and his nephew Chris Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sister Margaret Dixon; his children, Kelli, Robyn (Rob), Darin (Christy) and Jessica (Craig); and his grandchildren, Jakob and Mya Succi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
