He is survived by: his brother Steve; his wife Debbie Condon of Ludlow; his daughters, Kate Howe of Gloucester and Lindsay Noyes; his son-in-law David Noyes of Swanville, Maine; his son Timothy Howe; his daughter-in-law Tori Howe of South Portland, Maine.; his grandchildren, June B. Noyes, Bevan P. Noyes and Grace S. Howe; his brother Stephen Howe (Lorraine) of Franklin, Massachusetts; and his sister-in-law Pam Budlong of Wilbraham, Massachusetts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's name to Tunnel to Towers, Wounded Warriors, Shriners Children's Hospital, St. Jude's, St. George's Episcopal Church in York Harbor, Maine, the Lewy Body Dementia Association, or the charity of your choice.
