He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred W. Smith and Evelyn Smith (Leveroni). He is survived by : his wife Diane M. Smith (Knox); his children, William J. Cavalieri (Nancy), Gregory P. Cavalieri (Stacy) and Kristin M. Abruzzese (John); his grandchildren, Shayna of York, ME, Cara of York, ME, Olivia of York, ME, Matt of York, ME, Elaine of York, ME, Renee of York, ME and Ken; his sister Linda Robbins (Jeffery) of Norfolk, MA; his niece Jennifer; and his nephew Brian.
