It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Della Puietra (York, Maine), who passed away on July 4, 2025, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Moreo and Louisa Moreo (Cioffi); her husband Vincent Della Puietra; her siblings, Josephine Convertito, Betty Salvo and Ralph Moreo; her godsons, Jim Convertito and John Salvo; and her sons-in-law, Dr. George Curtis, Charles Will and Darrell Briggs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Curtis and Mary Lou Della Puietra; her grandchildren, Julie Briggs, Darrell Briggs, Dorothy Curtis, Nancy Scala and George Curtis; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Adam and Paul Briggs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
