She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Smith and Lotte Smith (Nilsen); her spouse Charlie DeRosa; and her sisters, Lilyan (Bob), Edna Murray (Conrad) and Martha (Ken).
She is survived by: her children, Karen Boardman (Bruce), Elaine Yokomizo (Jay) and Glenn DeRosa; her grandchildren, Annie Edminster (Matt), Jonathan DeRosa (Shadyry) and Josh DeRosa; and her great grandchildren, Brantley, Clara, Cayden, Maeve and Aryn.
