He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton T. Cullins and Mildred M. Cullins (Downey); his wife Nancy; and his sister Jaynet Simcock. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Cullins Dyer of Presque Isle, Richard C. Cullins of Masardis and Candace Cullins Davenport (Randie) of Lethbridge, Alberta.; and his grandchildren, Lacey Felix, Justin Dyer, Travis Dyer, Cole Cullins, Callie Cullins and Alexis Davenport.
