He is survived by : his daughter Jenny (Richard Greenleaf); his granddaughter Arielle Greenleaf (Ashley Driscoll); his daughter Cynthia Jensen; his grandchildren, Jon Spinazzola and Carley Spinazzola (Mike Silva); his daughter Lori Jensen; his grandchildren, Natasha Jensen, Joshua Jensen, Jessica (Dee Thomas) and Tiffany Sierra (Joe Blais); his daughter-in-law Joanne Jensen; his sister Bridget Capo; his son Dane; and also Michael Mahoney. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
