He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Matvichuk of Middleton; his grandsons, Christopher (Shirley Mason) of Salem, NH and Peter Matvichuk (Robert Patterson); and his great grandchildren, Van and Eva Mason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
