He was predeceased by: his parents, Verne Witham and Verna Witham (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Nina A. Witham (Krochmal); his children, Bruce A. Witham (Nancy) of Pacific Grove, CA, Scott V. Witham (Mary Ellen) of York, ME and Martha Witham of Dover, NH; his grandchildren, Alayna, Benjamin and Brady; and his great grandchild Finn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
