He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Cizauskas and Dorothy Cizauskas (Tracki); his in-laws, John and Ruth Graham; and his brother Michael "Mick" Cizauskas.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cizauskas (Graham); his sons, Mark Cizauskas (Marsha), Matt Cizauskas (Nichole), John Cizauskas and Tom Cizauskas (Angie); his grandchildren, Joshua Cizauskas (Olivia), Katelyn Slezak (Michael), Kendra Vasil (Harrison), Kiley Sumner (Luke), Dylan, Stella Cizauskas, Jack, Emma, Luke and Isla Cizauskas; and his great grandchildren, Colt, Nash Slezak and Callum Vasil. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the West Cannon Baptist Church (5740 Cannonsburg Rd NE, Belmont, MI 49306).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the West Cannon Baptist Church building fund.
