She was predeceased by : her brother John Ronda Jr.; her son John Jay Byker; her son-in-law Christopher David Kennedy; and her granddaughters, Christina Marie Kennedy and Rebekah Christina Wesson-Bouma (John J. Byker).

She is survived by : her husband Reverend John J. Byker. She is also survived by her nine children, 27 of her 29 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren.
